George Groves and Dec Taylor are back with former Premier League striker and pro-boxer Leon McKenzie to talk about dealing with pressure and the differences between boxing and football.
The nephew of three-weight World Champ Duke McKenzie, son of Clinton McKenzie, Leon grew up in a boxing family but enjoyed a successful career as a professional footballer for Crystal Palace, Peterborough, Norwich, Coventry and many more before making his in-ring debut just 6 months after retiring.
Currently a mentor at Crystal Palace he continues to straddle the two sports. In this episode he talks about living with depression, has advice for boxers who are struggling and the importance of talking about mental health.
